Mary S. Timpany, Esq. was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1987. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable William D. Hutchinson, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and as a litigator for Duane, Morris and Heckscher, Philadelphia. In 1992, Attorney Timpany married and relocated to Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania to raise a family. In 2008 Attorney Timpany opened her current law firm.
